The practice of medicine is a constant balancing act between knowledge and experience, risk and benefit, as well as cost. As a gastroenterologist, I hope to use my expertise to help heal the specific needs of my patients, but also using my internal medicine background to keep their entire well-being in mind, as well as to maintain a good balance in their overall health.
