We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. To be successful in this position, you will have extensive experience with the accounts payable process, strong attention to detail and the ability to work well as part of a team and on your own. This person will be in charge of responding to external audit requests from insurance companies and recording requests for the practice. The Compliance Officer will also provide documentation from the record for pre and post payment audits, perform quality audits, and review reports/data.

Job Summary

Duties: Responsible for A/R management, directing the workflow and overseeing the productivity of the Patient Account Representatives, and researching and resolving account, coding, and billing issues. Requires expertise in insurance claims, denial management, and coding.

We are looking for an experienced, dedicated individual to fill the position of Patient Accounts Representative. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is detail oriented and has a strong background in patient billing experience. This individual will be responsible for dealing with patients in a friendly manner, and their main role is to answer questions related to patient invoices and collections, as well as doing work related to reimbursement programs. They will also be responsible for regularly contacting patients via telephone and explaining all charges related to the services provided by our company.

This is an exciting opportunity for an Administrator in a newly built private Ambulatory Surgery Center that opened in May of 2022. The current administrator is retiring but will provide support during the orientation process. The center is comprised of a team of professionals who are dedicated to providing safe, quality care in a comfortable environment. We are currently fully staffed and work with an excellent contracted anesthesia group that meets our coverage requirements. The physicians utilizing the center are highly skilled and foster a team approach. The center holds certifications from PA DOH and AAAHC. We are certified by CMS and have contractswith major insurance carriers.

There are two OR suites in this center. One has an image-guided single-plane Fluoroscopy unit where Coronary Artery, Peripheral Artery, Electrophysiology and Pain management procedures are performed. The second OR is currently used for Plastic Surgery. This will be a full-time position.

The Administrator is responsible for ensuring all day-to-day activities of the Surgery Center are completed to the highest standards possible, in accordance with appropriate policies and procedures, striving to meet board-established goals and objectives. The Administrator serves as the QA/PI/Risk officer as well as the Compliance and Grievance officer. The position ensures the highest quality of care is provided by all team members and supports business to optimization.

We are looking for one or two qualified Aesthetician(s) willing to perform a variety of aesthetic services, including chemical peels, facials, microdermabrasion and a variety of other skin treatments. The ideal candidate will be a skin care expert who will share their knowledge of the latest treatments with their clients. You will be responsible for consulting with clients and assessing their skin care needs, making suggestions and explaining services, and eventually performing the treatments as well as recommendations for skin care products. Responsibilities:

POSITION SUMMARY: Participates as a member of the Center healthcare team in planning, preparing, and producing a safe and effective pre and post-procedural experience for patients undergoing GI procedures. Provides input in the development and implementation of goals and objectives to support the nursing process, the standards development process, and the performance improvement process. Maintains clinical competency in professional nursing practice.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION: The eligible candidate will have completed an accredited School of Nursing and possesses a current PA RN license with no restrictions or actions taken against the license. The candidate must also possess CPR certification, ACLS certification, and surgical, critical care, or same day surgery experience preferred. If a candidate is not BLS and ACLS certified, our office will get them certified within 90 days of hire.

GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Familiarity with personal computer and ancillary equipment, telephone, billing computer system, copier, and fax. Able to use and/or willingness to learn Microsoft office software including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Position: Triage Nurse

Job Description:

The Triage nurse is responsible for taking symptom calls from patients and determining what kind of care the patients need. The perfect candidate will be able to provide professional nursing assessments and communicate effectively with the physicians. This is a part-time position that will work Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays.

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient’s needs and document such information in the patient’s chart
  • Complete assigned tasks in accordance with established protocol while maintaining accuracy, sensitivity, and efficiency
  • Perform triage visits as assigned in accordance with established protocols while maintaining accuracy, sensitivity, and efficiency
  • Document patient care events within the designated time-frame; record any interactions with patients or family members regarding the patient’s condition or treatment.
