COVID-19 Message From BMMSA

Our first priority is the health, wellness and safety of everyone who walks through our doors. We continue to follow CDC Guidelines for Healthcare Settings.

FACE COVERINGS REQUIRED IN ALL BMMSA LOCATIONS:

Effective Jan. 2022: CLOTH MASKS ARE NO LONGER PERMITTED in BMMSA locations. Patients wearing cloth masks will be offered a surgical mask in place of their cloth mask. Surgical masks, N95s and KN95s are all acceptable face coverings. Bandanas and neck gaiters continue to be prohibited. We kindly thank you in advance for your cooperation.

PATIENT SCREENING AT BMMSA LOCATIONS:

• If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, have recently tested positive for COVID-19, had a recent exposure to COVID-19 or traveled internationally, please contact us prior to your appointment.
• All patients should expect to be screened by BMMSA staff upon check-in for all appointments. Screening questions include asking about COVID-19 symptoms, recent tests or exposures and international travel.
• International Travel Policy: All patients who have recently traveled internationally will be asked to show proof of a negative COVID-19 test obtained no more than 1 day prior to return from travel. Fully vaccinated patients can be seen in the office upon return from travel. Unvaccinated patients can be seen 7 days after return from international travel.

PATIENT COMPANIONS:

For the safety of our staff and other patients, patient family members or companions are not permitted to accompany patients to their appointments (unless medically necessary or the patient is a minor). BMMSA respectfully asks family members or companions to wait outside or safely in their vehicle.

COVID-19 VACCINE INFORMATION:
